A very special, one of a kind assemblage artwork that uses a lovely section of hardwood found on the beach. It’s beautifully weathered and I imagine it came from a boat.

It has been embossed by hand, using a rusty coil of metal wire from some found bedsprings, to evoke the sun or the moon in the sky behind.

The beautiful hare image is adapted from a vintage illustration that I have had printed onto sustainable birch ply by a small UK company.

This piece has a brass picture hook on the back and can be hung on the wall.
