Shipping - Domestic
Most items are now sent out by Royal Mail Tracked 48 which enables me to check on delivery status should there ever be a problem.
If you are buying more than one item, the postage calculations at checkout may seem excessive but certain items cannot be posted together due to their shape or size. Where it is possible to package items together, I will do this and refund any overpayment when your order is processed.
Items can be sent Tracked 24, or by other services on request, if you would like a guarantee that an item will arrive quickly.
Shipping - International
All my shipping is priced at cost. Sending large lampshades around the world is expensive but, for the perfect item, it is worth it! If your country of residence isn’t listed for shipping then please get in touch and I can get you a quote.
Returns
I accept that I could sometimes inadvertently supply an item that may not be as expected and will do my utmost to identify why this is and rectify it as quickly and easily as possible. It is just me here, no other workforce, and rest assured that I don’t sleep if I think I have an unhappy customer!
I am unable to accept returns on custom or bespoke items unless they are faulty.
